Cleve Williams, the founder of WILL 2 TECH, has over 15 years of experience in the SMT field working for OEMs, CMs and Equipment Distributors. Among his experience is working with lead-free assemblies, pin in paste, 01005 components and many others. He has led capital equipment selection teams, laid out manufacturing plants and offices, managed installation of equipment and utilities, created Process Documentation and Training manuals, and also run production utilizing Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing principles.
WILL 2 TECH has been established in 2008 to provide a cost effective solution to companies looking to create a culture of efficiency and responsibility within their plant.
